Silent Convergence-Sessiz Kesişme

Silent Convergence is an original relief painting from my Living Textures series. This artwork explores the meeting point of geometry and organic texture, where structured forms emerge naturally from an intuitive creative process.

Created entirely by hand from high-density rigid foam, the surface is sculpted without sketches or molds. It is then carefully hardened with controlled heat using a blowtorch, reinforced with five layers of mineral-based filler, prepared with three coats of primer, and hand-painted using multiple layers of water-based pigments. A final matte spray varnish protects the relief while preserving its rich tactile qualities.

The two triangular forms create a visual dialogue across the textured surface, suggesting balance, movement, and convergence. Rather than representing a specific object, the artwork invites viewers to explore relationships between structure and spontaneity, silence and energy, nature and abstraction.

Like every artwork in the Living Textures collection, Silent Convergence is entirely handmade, unique, signed by the artist, and impossible to reproduce exactly.

Sessiz Kesişme, Living Textures serime ait özgün bir çağdaş rölyef tablodur. Bu eser, geometrik formlar ile organik dokuların buluştuğu noktayı araştırır. Düzen ile doğaçlama, hareket ile denge ve sessizlik ile enerjinin aynı yüzeyde bir araya gelişini yansıtır.

Eser, yüksek yoğunluklu sert straforun tamamen elde ve doğaçlama biçimde şekillendirilmesiyle oluşturulur. Yüzey kontrollü olarak pürmüzle sertleştirilir, beş kat mineral esaslı derz dolgu ile güçlendirilir, üç kat astar boya uygulanır ve çeşitli su bazlı pigment boyalarla katman katman renklendirilir. Son olarak mat sprey vernik ile korunarak dokusal karakteri kalıcı hâle getirilir.

Yüzeyde yer alan iki üçgen form, birbirleriyle sessiz bir görsel diyalog kurar. Bu formlar; dengeyi, yönelimleri ve farklı unsurların ortak bir noktada buluşmasını simgeler. Belirli bir nesneyi betimlemek yerine eser, izleyiciyi soyut düşüncelerini ve kişisel yorumlarını doku, ışık ve biçim aracılığıyla keşfetmeye davet eder.

Sessiz Yakınsama, Living Textures koleksiyonundaki tüm eserler gibi tamamen el yapımı, tek ve özgün bir sanat eseridir.
