Silent Universe-Sessiz Evren

Silent Universe is an original contemporary relief painting from my Living Textures series. Inspired by the harmony of the cosmos, microscopic life, and the hidden order found in nature, this artwork explores the relationship between unity and diversity through texture, color, and rhythm.

Created entirely by hand from high-density rigid foam, the relief is sculpted intuitively without sketches or molds. The surface is carefully hardened using controlled heat with a blowtorch, reinforced with five layers of mineral-based filler, prepared with three coats of primer, and painted with multiple layers of water-based pigments. A final matte spray varnish protects the artwork while preserving its rich tactile surface.

The circular composition suggests galaxies, cells, seeds, and stars existing together within a silent universe. Every individual form contributes to a larger visual harmony, inviting the viewer to discover new details, colors, and relationships with every observation.

Like every artwork in the Living Textures collection, Silent Universe is entirely handmade, one of a kind, signed by the artist, and impossible to reproduce exactly.

Sessiz Evren, Living Textures serime ait özgün bir çağdaş rölyef tablodur. Kozmosun uyumu, mikroskobik yaşam ve doğanın içinde saklı düzen düşüncesinden ilham alan eser; doku, renk ve ritim aracılığıyla bütünlük ile çeşitlilik arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırır.

Eser, yüksek yoğunluklu sert straforun tamamen doğaçlama biçimde elde şekillendirilmesiyle oluşturulur. Yüzey kontrollü olarak pürmüzle sertleştirilir, beş kat mineral esaslı derz dolgu ile güçlendirilir, üç kat astar boya uygulanır ve çeşitli su bazlı pigment boyalarla katman katman renklendirilir. Son aşamada mat sprey vernik uygulanarak hem renkler hem de dokusal yapı uzun yıllar korunur.

Dairesel kompozisyon; galaksileri, hücreleri, tohumları ve yıldızları aynı sessiz evren içinde bir araya gelmiş gibi hissettirir. Her küçük form kendi kimliğini korurken, birlikte büyük bir bütün oluşturur. Eser, izleyiciyi her bakışta yeni ayrıntılar, renk ilişkileri ve anlamlar keşfetmeye davet eder.

Sessiz Evren, Living Textures koleksiyonundaki tüm eserler gibi tamamen el yapımı, tek ve özgün bir sanat eseridir. Aynısı yeniden üretilemez.
