The Unspoken Witnesses(Suskun Tanıklar ) is part of a two-piece collection created from reclaimed natural wood bearing the marks of time and life itself. Each wooden element preserves its original cracks, scars, and textures, intentionally left untouched to honor its history.

The figures do not speak or react; they simply witness. Their silence is not passive but deliberate, reflecting themes of individuality within the collective, quiet endurance, and the act of seeing without intervention.

The frame is not made from a single solid piece of wood. Instead, it is constructed from multiple wooden elements, mirroring the fragmented yet unified structure of the artwork itself and reinforcing its conceptual integrity.

This work is not decorative. It establishes a silent dialogue with the viewer, deepening over time and with changing light.

Suskun Tanıklar, iki eserden oluşan bir koleksiyonun parçasıdır. Bu çalışma, zamanın ve yaşamın izlerini taşıyan geri dönüştürülmüş doğal ahşaptan üretilmiştir. Kullanılan her parça, sanatçı tarafından bilinçli olarak dönüştürülmemiş; çatlaklar, yaralar ve yüzey izleri korunarak eserin hafızasına dahil edilmiştir.

Figürler konuşmaz, tepki vermez; yalnızca tanıklık eder. Bu suskunluk bir eksiklik değil, bilinçli bir duruştur. Eser, kalabalık içinde bireysellik, sessizlik ve görüp susma hâli üzerine düşünmeye davet eder.

Çalışmanın çerçevesi tek parça düz ahşap değildir; tıpkı eserin kendisi gibi parça parça oluşturulmuş, bütünle uyumlu bir yapıdadır. Bu durum, eserin kavramsal bütünlüğünü güçlendirir.
