Silent Veins-Sessiz Damarlar

Silent Veins is an original contemporary relief painting from my Living Textures series. Inspired by the intricate vein patterns found in leaves, roots, rivers, and natural formations, this artwork explores the hidden connections that sustain life beneath the visible surface.

The relief is created entirely by hand from high-density rigid foam, sculpted intuitively without sketches or molds. The surface is carefully hardened using a blowtorch, reinforced with five layers of mineral-based filler, prepared with three coats of primer, and painted with multiple layers of water-based pigments. A final matte spray varnish protects the artwork while preserving its rich texture and depth.

The flowing golden lines form an organic network across the vibrant red surface, symbolizing movement, energy, growth, and the invisible pathways that connect all living things. Light and shadow continuously transform the relief, revealing new details from different viewing angles.

Like every artwork in the Living Textures collection, Silent Veins is entirely handmade, signed by the artist, one of a kind, and impossible to reproduce exactly.

Sessiz Damarlar, Living Textures serime ait özgün bir çağdaş rölyef tablodur. Yaprak damarları, kök sistemleri, nehir ağları ve doğadaki organik oluşumlardan ilham alan eser, yaşamı görünmez biçimde birbirine bağlayan doğal ilişkileri ve sürekliliği araştırır.

Eser, yüksek yoğunluklu sert straforun tamamen elde ve doğaçlama biçimde şekillendirilmesiyle oluşturulur. Yüzey kontrollü olarak pürmüzle sertleştirilir, beş kat mineral esaslı derz dolgu ile güçlendirilir, üç kat astar boya uygulanır ve çeşitli su bazlı pigment boyalar ile katman katman renklendirilir. Son aşamada mat sprey vernik uygulanarak hem renkler hem de dokusal yapı uzun yıllar korunur.

Kırmızı zemin üzerinde uzanan altın tonlu çizgiler; yaşamın akışını, enerjiyi, büyümeyi ve doğanın görünmeyen bağlantılarını simgeler. Işık ve gölge, rölyef yüzeyinde sürekli değişen yeni ayrıntılar oluşturarak eserin her bakışta farklı algılanmasını sağlar.

Sessiz Damarlar, Living Textures koleksiyonundaki tüm eserler gibi tamamen el yapımı, imzalı, tek ve özgün bir sanat eseridir. Aynısı yeniden üretilemez.
